Öz

The aim of this study is to investigate the
professional self-efficacy of coach candidates who are studying at university
according to various variables. Study group of the research;
it consists of 120 coach candidates (36 Female, 84 Male) who studying in Hitit
University, Faculty of Sport Sciences Coaching Education Department in 2018-2019
academic year. Data of the research were collected by personal information form
and Coaching Efficacy Scale (II) adapted to Turkish by Unutmaz and Gençer
(2017). SPSS 22 program was used in the analysis of the obtained data.
Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was applied to determine whether the data showed normal
distribution and the level of significance was accepted as p<0.05.  Independent sample T Test
was applied according to gender, sport branch classification and national team
player career status. One-way ANOVA test was used
for the analysis of age, duration of sports experience variables and LSD test
was used to determine the significant difference. As a result of the research,
gender, the type of sports branch that is coached, past sportsmanship
experience and being a athletes in national teams have been determined to have
a positive effect on the coach candidate’ self-efficacy level.

ANTRENÖR ADAYLARININ ANTRENÖR ÖZ YETERLİK DÜZEYLERİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Öz

Bu araştırmada; üniversitede öğrenim gören antrenör adaylarının, mesleki öz
yeterliklerinin çeşitli değişkenlere göre incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır.
Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, 2018-2019 eğitim öğretim yılında Hitit
Üniversitesi Spor Bilimleri Fakültesi Antrenörlük Eğitimi Bölümünde öğrenim
gören 120 antrenör adayı (36 Kadın, 84 Erkek) oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada
veriler; kişisel bilgi formu ve Unutmaz ve Gençer (2017) tarafından Türkçeye
uyarlanan Antrenör Yeterlik Ölçeği-II (AYÖ-II) ile toplanmıştır. Elde edilen
verilerin analizinde SPSS 22 programı kullanılmıştır. Verilerin normal dağılım
gösterip göstermediğini tespit etmek için Kolmogorov-Smirnov testi uygulanmış
ve analizlerde anlamlılık düzeyi p< 0,05 olarak kabul edilmiştir. Cinsiyet,
spor dalı türü milli sporculuk durumu değişkenine göre bağımsız örneklem T
Testi uygulanmıştır. Katılımcıların yaş, sporculuk deneyimi süresi
değişkenlerinin analizinde tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA) uygulanmış ve değişkenler
arasında anlamlı bulunan farklılığın hangi gruptan kaynaklandığını belirlemek için
LSD testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda cinsiyet, antrenörlüğü yapılan
spor dalının türü, geçmiş sporculuk ve milli takımlarda sporcu olarak yer alma
değişkenlerinin, antrenör adaylarının öz yeterlik düzeyini olumlu yönde
etkilediği belirlenmiştir.
