As is known, researcher identification numbers are used in order to avoid some problems arising from similarities in name / institution in scientific studies of researchers, scientists and academicians.
It was decided to use ORCID information within the scope of the studies carried out with cooperation between TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM and YÖK. In this context, it is recommended that article authors should include articles on ORCID information, including international validity. TR Index will be added as a criterion for the inclusion of ORCID information in magazines with the update of journal evaluation criteria in 2018.
Names similarity, surname change, names with Turkish letters, different writings, institutional changes can cause problems in the publication / citation searches made by the author. For this reason, it is important for researchers to obtain a descriptive ID.
Our issue will be published thereafter the Autumn with the ORCID allocation number (ID) of the authors. In this case, the articles already been sent for publication and those that will be sent must be submitted with the ORCID numbers.
