AB  - “Fıkıh - tasavvuf ilişkisi”, ilk bakışta, adı geçen iki disiplinin metot veproblemleri arasındaki bazı geçiş ve gerginlikleri hatıra getirmekle beraber,aslında bu geçiş ve gerginlikler, İslam düşüncesinin gelişimine büyük katkılarsağlayan “zâhir-bâtın” tartışmalarının en heyecanlı ve en verimli alanlarınımeydana getirmiş ve böylece tefsir, hadis, kelam, fıkıh, fıkıh usulü, tasavvuf vemezhepler tarihi gibi pek çok disiplinin yöntem ve içeriklerine etki etmiştir. Buitibarla, Osmanlılar dönemindeki fıkıh - tasavvuf münâsebetlerini inceleyençalışmalar, sadece adı geçen iki disiplinin, Osmanlılar dönemindeki tarihîsüreçlerini ve birbiriyle olan ilişkilerini ortaya çıkarmakla kalmayacak, aynızamanda uzun bir tarih ve geniş bir coğrafya içerisinde yaşanan bu döneminbütünüyle dinî tarihinin anlaşılmasına da yardımcı olacaktır.

N2  - In Fiqh - Sufism relation”, at first glance, brings to mind some of the transitions and tensions betweenthe methods and problems of these two disciplines, but these transitions andtensions, in fact, make the most exciting and most productive areas of thediscussion of ve zahir-bâtın bakış, and thus have influenced the methods andcontents of many disciplines such as tafsir, hadith, kalam, fiqh, fiqh style,Sufism and history of sects. In this respect, the studies examining thejurisprudence of fiqh - sufism during the Ottoman period will not only revea thehistorical processes and the interrelations of the two mentioned disciplines inthe Ottoman period but will also help to understand the religious history ofthis period.
