During the COVID-19 pandemic, rearrangement of oncological services and adaptation to the pandemic process has become mandatory. In this review, we mentioned the changes in medical oncology practice and adaptive treatment modifications. COVID-19 infection will continue to affect and change the practice of oncology unless the COVID-19 outbreak ends.
