It is an embryological remnant of the posterior left fourth aortic arch. Kommerell`s diverticulum may cause symptoms of tracheal or esophageal compression, which they may arise at the moment of the birth, during the lactation or in the adulthood (dysphagia lusoria). Herein a 5-years-old patient who admitted to hospital with the complaint of dysphagia lusoria, diagnosed as vascular ring with Kommerell`s Diverticulum and operated successfully has been reported in the light of literature. </div>}, number={1}, publisher={Muğla Sıtkı Koçman Üniversitesi}
