AB  - Biyolojik ilaçların romatolojik hastalıklarda hastalık aktivitesinin baskılanması, hastalığa bağlı oluşan yapısal hasarın önlenmesi, yaşam kalitesinin artırılmasında ve iş gücü kaybının önlenmesinde önemli bir etkisi vardır. Daha etkili biyolojik tedavi arayışları devam etmekte ve halen yeni ilaçlar denenmektedir. Biyolojik tedavilerin yaygınlaşmasıyla birlikte hemşirelerin hasta değerlendirmesi, eğitimi, ilaç yönetimi ve izlemi konusunda önemli rolleri olmaktadır. Biyolojik ilaç tedavisine yönelik hemşirelik yönetimi ile ilgili kanıta dayalı araştırmalar ve standart rehberlerin oluşturulmasına ihtiyaç artmaktadır. Bu derleme ile romatoloji alanında kullanılan biyolojik ilaçlar ve biyolojik ilaç tedavisi alan bireylere yönelik hemşirelik bakımı ele alınmıştır.

N2  - Biological drugs had an important effect on suppressing disease activity in rheumatological diseases, preventing structural damage due to the disease, increasing the quality of life and preventing loss of workforce. The search for more effective biological treatments continues and new drugs are still being tried. With the spread of biological treatments, nurses have important roles in patient evaluation, education, drug management and follow-up. There is an increasing need for evidence-based research and standard guidelines on nursing management for biological drug therapy. In this review, we discussed biological drugs used in the field of rheumatology and nursing care for individuals receiving biological drug therapy.
