Basınç ağrı eşiği algometre kullanılarakulna ve tibia kemiği, hipotenar tümsek, elin başparmağı,deltoid ve quadriceps femoris kası üzerinden ölçüldü.Katılımcıların uyku, yaşam kalitesi, genel sağlıkve psikolojik durumlarını belirlemek için Yaşam DoyumuÖlçeği (YDÖ) ve Genel Sağlık Anketi (GSA), uykukalitesini değerlendirmek için Pittsburgh Uyku Kaliteİndeksi (PUKİ) kullanıldı.BulgularAraştırmaya yaş ortalaması 20,4±1,4 yıl olan 102’si(%49,8) kadın, 103’ü (%50,2) erkek toplam 205 kişikatılmıştır. Basınç ağrı eşiği-genel vücut ortalaması(PPT-GVO) ile YDÖ, GSA ve PUKİ parametreleri arasındakiilişki incelendiğinde, PPT-GVO’nun; YDÖ ilepozitif yönlü düşük, GSA ile negatif yönlü orta düzeyde,PUKİ ile negatif yönlü orta düzeyde korelasyongösterdiği bulundu (p KW - basınç ağrı eşiği KW - yaşam doyumu KW - uyku kalitesi N2 - ObjectiveThe aim of our study is to evaluate the sleep quality, lifesatisfaction and general psychological status of healthyindividuals and to examine whether the pressure painthreshold changes according to these factors.Material and MethodHealthy young adults aged 18-25 years were includedin the study. The PPT was measured using thealgometer over the deltoid, ulna, hypotenar bump, thumb of the hand, tibia and quadriceps femorismuscle. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PUKI),Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) and GeneralHealth Questionnaire (GHQ) were used to evaluate thesleep, quality of life, general health and psychologicalstatus of the participants.ResultsA total of 205 subjects [102 female (49.8%) and 103male (50.2%)] with a mean age of 20.4±1.4 yearsparticipated in the study. When the relationshipbetween pressure pain threshold-general bodyaverage (PPT-GBA) and the parameters of SWLS,GHQ and PSQI was examined, PPT-GBA was foundto be; It was found that there was a positive lowcorrelation with SWLS, negative correlation with GHQand negative correlation with PSQI.ConclusionThere are many psychosocial factors that affect thepressure pain threshold. The fact that factors suchas life satisfaction, psychological health status andsleep quality are good ensure that the pressure painthreshold is perceived at high values. CR - 1. Ök, G.
