AB  - Chilaiditi Sendromu; sağ hemidiyafragma ile karaciğer arasına, kolonun bir bölümünün ve/veya ince barsakla birlikte sıkışması sonucu oluşan, nadir görülen bir durumdur. Genellikle asemptomatik olup insidental olarak akciğer grafisinde saptanır. Bu yazıda düşme sonrası solda göğüs travması saptanan ve radyolojik incelemeler ile Chilaiditi görünümü tanısı koyduğumuz olgu incelendi.

N2  - Chilaiditi Syndrome is a rare syndrome that occurs as a result of compression of a part of the colon and/or small intestine between the right hemidiaphragm and the liver. It is generally asymptomatic and detected incidentally on chest X-ray. In this paper, we present a trauma case with the diagnosis of Chilaiditi Syndrome by radiological examinations.
