The results showed that the b parameter was form 2.41 (in C. aculeate ) to 3.88 (in A. sellal ) and condition factors ranged from 0.74 (in A. sellal and B. karunensis ) to 1.35 (in C. aculeate ). The coefficient of determination (r 2 ) in the length-weight and length-length relationships was > 0.83. In conclusion, allometric growth patterns for A. sellal , B. karunensis , G. gymnothorax , and G. galaxias were positive while for C. aculata , C. regium and T. hafezi , and C. coadi presented negative patterns. This study represents the first data for G. galaxias .

}, number={4}, publisher={Ege Üniversitesi}
