AB  - Bu araştırmada stajla ilgili bağlamsal faktörler (esnek çalışma saatleri, maaş alıp almamak, firmaya ulaşım ve lokasyon) ile üniversite öğrencilerinin staj deneyimi ile ilişkisi araştırılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında Türkiye’deki farklı bölümlerden 200 üniversite öğrencisine anket uygulanmıştır. Sonuç olarak, firmaya ulaşım ve lokasyon ile staj deneyimi arasında ve esnek çalışma saatleri ile de algılanan öğrenme arasında anlamlı ilişki olduğu bulunmuştur. Ayrıca, ücret alan stajyerler ve almayan stajyerler arasında memnuniyetsizlik, rahatsızlık ve staj deneyimi anlamlı şekilde farklılaşmaktadır.Makale bulgularının staj sürecine katkısı ve çeşitli gelecek araştırma önerileri tartışılmıştır.

N2  - In this research, the relationship between internship-related contextual factors (flexible working hours, pay, commute and desirable firm location) and the internship experience of university students was investigated. Within the scope of the research, 200 university students from different departments in Turkey replied to a questionnaire. As a result, a significant relationship of commute and location of company with the internship experience was found. Furthermore,flexible working hours was found to have a significant relationship with perceived learning. In addition, dissatisfaction, discomfort and internship experience differ significantly between paid interns and non-paid interns. The contribution of the article findings to the internship process and various future research avenues is discussed.
