Demirer, eserini yazarken özellikle yabancı kaynak ve kişileri delil göstermiştir. Böylece Ermeni konusuna taraf olan ve özellikle Türk tarafını suçlayanlar için kendi kaynakları ile cevap verme yolunu tutmuştur.
