AB  - Bartholin bezinin nodüler hiperplazisi, solid kitle olarak semptom veren nadir bir lezyondur. Bartholin bezi nodüler hiperplazisi en sık Bartholin bezi adenomuyla karışır. Bartholin bezi adenomu nadir de olsa malignite potansiyeli gösterebildiğinden iki lezyonun ayrımı son derece önemlidir. Burada başlangıçta Bartholin bezi apsesi olarak tedavi edilen, ancak tedaviye cevap vermeyen, eksizyon materyalinin histopatolojik incelemesinde Bartholin bezinin nodüler hiperplazisi tanısı alan bir vakayı sunuyoruz.
