AB  - Türk Müziği, müzikle tedavi alanında yüzlerce yıldır kullanılmaktadır. Bu amaçla genelde şu makam şu hastalığa/hastalıklara etkilidir şeklinde bir yaklaşım sergilenmektedir. Müzikle tedavide Türk Müziği’nin etkisinin/etkilerinin nereden kaynaklandığı ve bunun mekanizmalarından genel itibarıyla bahsedilmemektedir. Bu makalede Türk Müziği’nin teorik alt yapısına inilerek müzikle tedavideki etkisi üzerinde durulacak; bunun için makamlar, ses dizileri, çeşniler (beşli ses dizileri), makam seyirleri gibi temel konular iredelenecek; müzikle tedavi besteciliğinin alt yapısı hazırlanmaya çalışılacaktır.

N2  - Turkish Music has been used for hundreds of years in the field of music therapy. For this purpose, an approach is generally adopted as this authority is effective for that disease/diseases. In the treatment with music, it is not mentioned in general where the effect(s) of Turkish Music originates from and its mechanisms. In this article, the theoretical background of Turkish Music will be examined and its effect on the treatment with music will be emphasized; For this purpose, basic subjects such as makams, sound sequences, cesni (five-ton scales), and makam progressions will be discussed; The infrastructure of music therapy composition will be tried to be prepared.
