Although the prevalence is higher in developing countries, it is common all over the World. Musculoscelatal involvement is seen most frequently in the vertebral system. TB spondylitis constitute 5-15% of all cases of TB. It is a serious clinical problem due to their high morbidity caused by the disease. Early diagnosis and treatment to avoid permanent neurological defi cits and spinal deformities is important. Here we present a case of tubeculous spondylitis mimicing metastatic disease.
