AB  - Bu yazıda konvansiyonel çek-çıkart yöntemiyle yapılan koroner endarterektominin iki değişik sonucunu sunmaktayız. Proksimal koroner endarterektomiye konvansiyonel çek-çıkart yöntemiyle müracaat edilmesi, koroner arterin proksimal kısmında istenmeyen problemlerin oluşumuna neden olabilir.
