AB  - Çalışmamızda farklı etyolojik nedenlerle ortalama 6 ay takip edilen 42 hastanın 44 gözüne uygulanan penetran keratoplasti ameliyatları greft saydamlığı, görme keskinliği, postoperatif astigmatizma postoperatif komplikasyonlar yönünden retrospektif olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Vakalarımımn 40(%91) da greft saydamlığı saptanmışnr. 4(%9) vakada greft rejeksiyonu gelişmiş bunlardan 3(%&,81) tanesi medikal tedaviye cevap verip, 1(2,27) tanesi ise regrefte gitti. 31(%70) gözde hastalarda postoperatif vizyon artışı sağlanırken, 11(%25) gözde vizyonlarda değişme olmamış, 2 (%«4,54) gözde de vizyonlarda azalma saptanmıştır. 44 vakalık bu serimizde postoperatif komplikasyon olarak 1 gözde endoftalmi, 5 gözde epitelyopati, 7 gözde sekonder glokom, 7 gözde anterior sineşi, 1 gözde sekonder katarakt, 10 gözde vaskülarizasyon ve 4 gözde hifema saptandı. Ortalama postoperatif astigmatizma ise 3,70 D olarak bulunmuştur. Çalışmada elde edilmiş olan sonuçlar keratokonus gibi nedenlerle yapılan penetran keratoplasti ameliyat sonuçları çok iyi iken, komplikasyonlu vakalarda yapdan penetran keratoplasti sonucu ise ilave göz patalojilerine bağlı olmak üzere değişkenlik göstermektedir. Penetran keratoplasti sonrası çıkan komplikasyonlara zamanında ve uygun müdahale başarı için şarttrr.
