AB  - Bu çalışmada sosyal medya fenomenlerine bağlanmışlık ile algılanan helikopter ebeveyn tutumları arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Giresun ve Samsun ilinde öğrenim gören 379 lise öğrencisi oluşturmaktadır. Verilerin toplanmasında Televizyon Programlarına Bağımlılık Ölçeği, Algılanan Helikopter Ebeveyn Tutum Ölçeği ve Kişisel Bilgi Formu kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde Pearson Momentler Çarpımı Korelasyon Katsayısından ve Çok Değişkenli Varyans Analizi (MANOVA) yararlanılmıştır. Analizler sonucunda sosyal medya fenomenlerine bağlanmışlık ile algılanan helikopter anne ve algılanan helikopter baba tutumları arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı ilişkiler olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Sosyal medya fenomenlerine bağlanmışlığın alt boyutlarından moda, taklit eme, arzulama ve özel eşyalara sahip olmanın cinsiyete göre anlamlı bir farklılık oluşturduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Algılanan helikopter anne tutumunun ve algılanan helikopter baba tutumunun da cinsiyete göre anlamlı bir farklılık oluşturduğu gözlenmiştir.

N2  - Purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between attachment to social media influencers and perceived helicopter parenting attitudes. The study group consists of 379 high school students in Giresun and Samsun provinces. TV Program Connectedness Scale, Helicopter Parent Attitudes Scale, and Personal Information Form were used to collect data. Pearson's correlation coefficient and Multivariate Analysis of Variance (MANOVA) were used for data analysis. The analyses revealed that there were significant positive correlations between attachment to social media influencers and perceived helicopter parenting attitudes. It was also found that the sub-dimensions of attachment to social media influencers, such as following fashion, imitation, desire, and possession of personal belongings, created significant gender differences. In addition, significant gender differences were observed in perceived helicopter mother and perceived helicopter father attitudes.
