AB  - Koristom embriyolojik anomalilerden sayılmaktadır ve nadiren baş boyun lokalizasyonunda izlenmektedir. Kondroid koristom matür hyalen kıkırdaktan oluşur ve dilde görülmesi oldukça enderdir.  Bu olgu sunumunda dilde papillom öntanısı ile eksize edilen ve patolojik inceleme sonucunda kondroid koristom tanısı alan hasta, mevcut literatür bilgileri ışığında tartışılmıştır.

N2  - Choristoma is considered one of the embryological anomalies and is rarely encountered in the head and neck localization. Chondroid choristoma consists of mature hyaline cartilage and is rarely seen on the tongue. In this case report, a patient who was excised with a prediagnosis of tongue papilloma and diagnosed as chondroid choristoma after pathological examination was discussed in the light of current literature.
