A total of 269 radiology technicians were included in this study. Participants completed the questionnaire form on study instruments including Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ), Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ), Instrumental Leadership Scale (ILS), and Organizational Silence Scale (OSS) to assess job satisfaction, organizational commitment, instrumental leadership and organizational silence, respectively. Toplam 269 radyoloji teknisyeni araştırmaya katılmıştır.
