The aim of this article is to give theoretical information about the definition, principles, roles, stakeholders and history of the digital twin concept. It is also to create a comprehensive framework about digital twin applications in healthcare. After providing an overview of the application of digital twins in health services, the vision of this concept, which has recently found a place in research in Turkey, is discussed.}, number={1}, publisher={Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi}
