AB  - Osmanlı Devleti; çok geniş bir coğrafyaya yayılmış, tarihin en uzun soluklu devletlerinden biridir. Bu milyonlarca kilometre karelik coğrafya ve uzun asırlar, dünyanın pek çok bölgesinde iz bırakan çok zengin bir sanatı, mimarisi, edebiyatı vs. üzerine çalışanlar, bugün onlarca devletin sınırları içerisinde dağılmış olan ve günbegün kaybolmak, yok olmak tehlikesiyle karşı karşıya bulunan bu medeniyet yadigârlarının izlerini sürmek durumundadır. Türkoloji mensuplarının çeşitli vesilelerle çıktıkları seyahatler sırasında yaptıkları kütüphane taramaları, tasnif ve tanıtma çalışmaları bu cümledendir. Geçen asrın son on yılında, komşusu Irak'ın sınır tecavüzü ile dünya gündemine gelen Kuveyt de asırlar boyu Osmanlı idaresi altında bulunan topraklarda kurulmuş devletlerden biridir. Makalede Kuveyt'in okuyucuya açık tek yazma kütüphanesinde tespit edilen 74 adet Türkçe yazma eser ilim alemine tanıtılmaktadır.

N2  - Ottoman State spreading over the large area is one of the biggest states. This  large area and long period of time paved the way for a rich culture which left  footprint in many areas of the world. Therefore, those who study Ottoman  history, art, architecture, literature so on, must trace the remnants of culture  disseminated within tens of states and now are about to disappear. The works  of Turcologists who during their travel go through libraries are included in this.  Kuwait invaded by its neighbour Iraq during the last decade of the 20  th  century  was founded on the land that was under the reign of Ottoman State. This study  is to introduce seventy four Turkish manuscripts found in the single open  manuscript in the single open library in Kuwait.
