AB  - Nizâmülmülk’ün Siyâset-nâme’sinde zikredilen “vekîl-i hâss” ünvanı araştırma eserlerde analitik bir mukayese yapılmadan Selçuklu saray teşkilâtına dahil edilmektedir. Halbuki Selçuklu kaynaklarında rastlanmayan bu ünvanı taşıyan emirin yaptığı işi Selçuklularda ve onların uzantısı olan bazı devletlerde “üstâdü’d-dâr”ın yaptığı görülmektedir. Kaynaklardaki bilgiler yetersiz olmakla birlikte bu emir sarayın bütün ihtiyaçlarını ve görevlilerin ücretlerini hazineden tahsis edilen bir kaynakla karşılamaktan sorumludur.

N2  - In most research studies the title “wakil-i khâss” mentioned in Nizâm al-Mulk’s Siyâsatnâmais often regarded as a post in the Seljuq court organization. Without referring to ananalytical comparison. In fact, this title is unavailable in Seljuq sources and instead inSeljuqs and in some states following then, an officer, titled “ustâd al-dâr”, carries out thatduty. However the information about this post given in the sources of the area is insufficient,this amîr, is known to be responsible for providing with the needs of the court as well as thepayment made to the court staff from the court treasure.
