AB  - Bu makalede öncelikle, kürselleşmeyi kavram olarak algılamak ve tarihsel sürecini tanımak, amaç edinildi. Dolayısıyla çalışmanın kapsamı küreselleşmenin kavramsal ve tarihsel boyutlarıyla sınırlandı. “Küreselleşme kavramı nedir, somut bir olgu mu, yoksa soyut bir kavram mıdır?”; “Küreselleşmenin tarihsel boyutu nedir, yeni bir olgu mu, yoksa değişik tarihsel dönemlerde farklı niteliklerde var olan bir olgu mudur?” Bu ve benzeri sorulara cevap verebilmek için niteliksel olarak konuyu anlamaya ve açıklamaya yönelik bir yöntem seçildi. Konuya ilişkin yaşayan ve yaşamayan sosyal bilimcilerin eserlerinden, ayrıca da günlük gazete ve süreli yayınlardan faydalanıldı. Araştırma sonuçları gösterdi ki, milli devletler ve uluslararası anlaşmalar yolu ile çözülemeyen bir demet toplumsal problem veri olarak alındığında, bu problemlerin dünya çapında çözülmeye çalışılması küreselleşmeyi neo-liberal bir proje olarak ortaya çıkarmıştır. Kapitalizm veri olarak alındığında, küreselleşmenin onun karakteristik bir özelliği olduğu görülmüştür. Emperyalizm veri olarak değerlendirildiğinde, küreselleşmenin farklı şekillerde algılandığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Tarihsel veriler incelendiğinde ise küreselleşmenin yeni bir olgu olmadığı değişik dönemlerde farklı niteliklerle ortaya çıkan ve herkesi etkileyen bir olgu olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

N2  - With This article, before all else, aimed at acknowledging and perceiving globalization concept in a historical perspective. Therefore, the content of the study was limited with conceptual and historical dimensions. The research chose a qualitative design to understand and explain the subject to be able to answer questions like ones stated above. The data was collected from works of social scientist, alive or death, and daily newspapers. Given some social problems that were not addressed by nation states and international agreements, globalization appeared as a Neo-Liberal project to provide solutions. When Capitalism considered, the research found that globalization was a characteristic feature of Capitalism. When imperialism considered, the results indicated that globalization were perceived in different forms. Finally, when historical data examined, it was concluded that ryglobalization was not a new phenomenon but a fact that existed different qualities influencing eve body at various periods of time.
