AB  - Bu makalede, beslenme Michel Foucault’nun biyopolitika olarak kavramsallaştırdığı teorisi ile neoliberal yönetimselliğin araçsallaşan gündelik pratikleri ve değerleri ışığında sorunsallaştırılacaktır. Daha özelde ise, makale gündelik pratikler ve değerler kapsamında doğru ve ölçülü beslenmeyi yönetimsel bir araç olarak öne çıkartacaktır. Bunu yaparken sağlıklı, doğru ve ölçülü beslenme normlarının neoliberal aklın beden yönetimi ile nasıl herkes için yapılabilir bir normallik olduğunu işaret edecektir. Doğru beslenme kıstasları ile özne-bedenlerin birbirini nasıl yönettiği üzerinde de duracaktır. Makale, neoliberal akılsallığın beden ve nüfus yönetimini ‘sağlıklı yemek’ ile öğrenilmesi gereken, disipline edici ve düzenleyici pratikler ile dışladığı veya normalin inşasıyla yanlışladığı ölçüsüz, sağlıksız beslenmeyi de değerlendirecektir.

N2  - In this article, nutrition shall be problematized in the light of Michel Foucault's theory conceptualized as biopolitics and the instrumentalized daily practices and values of neoliberal governmentality. More specifically, the article shall highlight true and temperate nutrition as a governmental tool within the scope of daily practices and values. The article points out how the norms of healthy, correct and measured nutrition are normalized by neoliberal rationality and the governmental art of body. It focuses on the criteria of proper nutrition and how the subject-bodies govern each other through these criteria.The article also evaluates excessive and unhealthy nutrition, which neoliberal rationality excludes or falsifies with the construction of normal, by reasoning the government of body and population with the very disciplinary and regulatory practices that should be learned with 'healthy eating'.
