AB  - HEMŞİRELİK ÖĞRENCİLERİNİN YAŞAM SEVGİSİNİN MANEVİYAT VE MANEVİ BAKIM ALGISINA ETKİSİÖz:Amaç: Hemşirelik öğrencilerinde yaşam sevgisinin maneviyat ve manevi bakım algısına etkisinin belirlenmesidir. Yöntem: Tanımlayıcı tipteki araştırmanın evrenini, bir üniversitenin hemşirelik bölümünde öğrenim gören (N=475) öğrenciler oluşturmuştur. Bu araştırma, 15 Ekim- 15 Kasım 2022 tarih aralığında örneklem seçimine gidilmeden araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden 300 öğrenci ile yürütülmüştür. Verilerin toplanmasında “Kişisel Bilgi Formu”, “Yaşam Sevgisi Ölçeği (YSÖ)” ve “Maneviyat ve Manevi Bakım Dereceleme Ölçeği (MMBDÖ)” kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizi SPSS-26 istatistik paket programında, tanımlayıcı testler, Kolmogrov-Smirnov testi, t testi, One way ANOVA, post-hoc LSD, Kruskal Wallis ve Mann Whitney U testi, spearman korelasyon analizi, Cronbach alfa güvenirlik analizi kullanılmıştır. İstatistiksel analizlerde anlamlılık düzeyi p < 0.05 olarak kabul edilmiştir.Bulgular: Öğrencilerin yaş ortalaması 20.4 ± 1.9’dur. %78.3’ü kadın, %32.3’ü birinci sınıf, %57’si hemşireliği isteyerek seçmiş ve %81.3’ü orta gelir düzeyine sahiptir. Öğrencilerin %14.3’ü maneviyat ve manevi bakım konusunda eğitim aldığı, %20.7’si hastalarına manevi bakım verdiği ve yaklaşık yarısı kendi maneviyat durumlarını ve yaşam sevgisini iyi düzeyde değerlendirdiği, ayrıca %69.0’u yaşam sevgisi ve manevi bakımın ilişkili olduğunu belirtmişlerdir. Hemşirelik öğrencilerinin YSÖ puan ortalamaları 56.3 ± 14.4 olup, MMBDÖ madde puan ortalaması 3.8 ± 0.4 bulunmuştur. Öğrencilerin sınıf düzeyi, çalışma durumu, kendi maneviyat ve yaşam sevgisini değerlendirme durumu ile YSÖ puan ortalamaları arasında; cinsiyet, uzun süre yaşadığı yer, maneviyat ve yaşam sevgisine ilişkin görüşleri ile MMBDÖ arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark olduğu saptanmıştır (p

N2  - The Effect of Nursing Students' Love of Life On Spirituality and Spiritual Care PerceptionABSTRACTObjective: The aim of this study is to determine the effect of love of life on the perception of spirituality and spiritual care in nursing students.Method: The population of the descriptive study consisted of students (N=475) studying in the nursing department of a university. This research was conducted with 300 students who agreed to participate in the research between October 15 and November 15, 2022 without sampling. "Personal Information Form", "Love of Life Scale (LLS)" and "Spirituality and Spiritual Care Rating Scale (MMBRS)" were used to collect data. Data analysis in SPSS-26 statistical package program, descriptive tests, Kolmogrov-Smirnov test, t test, One way ANOVA, post-hoc LSD, Kruskal Wallis and Mann Whitney U test, Spearman correlation analysis, Cronbach alpha reliability analysis were used. In statistical analysis, the level of significance was accepted as p < 0.05.Results: The mean age of the students was 20.4 ± 1.9. 78.3% were female, 32.3% were first class, 57% chose nursing voluntarily, and 81.3% had a middle-income level. It was stated that 14.3% of the students received training on spirituality and spiritual care, 20.7% gave spiritual care to their patients, nearly half of the students evaluated their own spirituality and love of life at a good level, and 69.0% of them though love of life and spiritual care were related each other. The mean score of the LLS of nursing students was 56.3 ± 14.4, and the MMBRS was found to be 3.8 ± 0.4.
