AB  - Trombositoz tombosit sayısının 400.000/mm3 üzerinde olması olarak tanımlanır. İlaçlar sekonder trombositoz (ST) etyolojisinde yer almaktadır. Bu sunumda siprofloksasin tedavisi sırasında ekstrem trombositoz gelişen 23 yaşındaki bayan olguyu sunmayı amaçladık.
