AB  - Hem travma hem de kanser hastalarında pulmoner tromboemboli (PTE) gelişimi sıktır(1). Bu olgumuzda, multitravma sonrası değerlendirilmesinde intraabdominal alanda hematom lehine değerlendirilen kitle görüntüsü ile ilgili ayırıcı tanıyı sunmayı amaçladık.

N2  - The development of pulmonary thromboembolism (PTE) is common in both trauma and cancer patients(1). We aimed to present the differential diagnosis regarding the appearance of a mass in the intra-abdominal area, which was evaluated in favor of hematoma in the evaluation after multitrauma.
