AB  - Bu çalışmanın amacı sağlık çalışanlarının görev yaptıkları hastaneye ilişkin güvenlik iklimi algılarını belirlemek ve bu algılarınınçeşitli sosyo-demografik özelliklerine göre değişip değişmediğini ortaya koymaktır. Çalışmanın evrenini, Burdur ilinde birkamu hastanesinde görev yapmakta olan hemşireler ve diğer sağlık çalışanları oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada örneklemseçilmemiş, bütün evrene ulaşılmaya çalışılmış ve toplam 244 adet kullanılabilir anket elde edilmiştir. Çalışmada, katılımcılarınyönetimin bakış açısı ve kurallar boyutu ile iş arkadaşları ve güvenlik eğitimleri boyutuna ilişkin algılarının orta düzeyde olduğubelirlenmiştir. Çalışma bulguları, sağlık çalışanlarının güvenlik iklimi algılarının her iki alt boyut için cinsiyet, sağlık sektöründeve mevcut birimde çalışma sürelerine göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olduğunu göstermektedir.

N2  - The aim of this study is to determine the safety climate perceptions of health care employees associated with hospital inwhich are working and to reveal whether the various socio-demographic features of the employees have an effect on theperception of safety climate or not. The population of study includes nurses and other health employees who are workingin a public hospital in Burdur. The sample was not selected in the study, tried to reach the whole universe and a total of244 usable responses were obtained. In the study, the perceptions of health employees, associated with the dimensions ofmanagement’s perspective and rules and the colleagues and safety trainings, were determined as medium-level. The studyfindings showed that the both sub-scales of safety climate perceptions of health employees were found to be statisticallysignificant in terms of gender, tenure in health sector and current unit.
