It also leads to a reduction in environmental effects and carbon footprint. In this research, a review of built heritage adaptive reuse practices based on case studies from different cities in Iran is presented. The four projects have different construction dates and functions. In conclusion, all displayed cases have considered shared standards and approaches in preservation and reuse forms to secure the initial building’s integrity and sense of place; at the same time attempting to include a few buildings and stylish esteem and discover inventive arrangements. The result serves as a sample for discovering adaptive reuse practices in Iran and accomplishing a viewpoint on distinctive approaches based on the diverse foundations of each built heritage.}, number={2}, publisher={Akdeniz Üniversitesi}
