Çalışmaya en az altı aylık konservatif tedavinin başarısız olduğu ve çeliektomi ile kombine edilmiş distal metatars osteotomi ameliyatı ile tedavi edilen halluks rigidus evre 3 yetişkin olgular dahil edildi. Yaş, cinsiyet, ameliyat öncesi Coughlin ve Shurnas derecelendirme skorları, Amerikan Ortopedik Ayak ve Ayak Bileği Derneği (AOFAS) Halluks skoru ve Ayak ve Ayak Bileği Yetenek Ölçümü (FAAM) skorları kullanılarak yapılan fonksiyonel klinik değerlendirmeler, ameliyat yöntemi ve komplikasyonlar not edildi.Sonuç: Çalışma grubunun (n=12) ortalama yaşı 54.2±8.7 idi ve yaşları 44 ile 68 arasında değişmekteydi.
