Robots, used in the entire service sector, have a wide range of usage opportunities in the health sector. The health sector is one of the sectors withhigh customer sensitivity. Service robots’ perceived disadvantages and benefits affect the perspective onusing service robots in the health sector. This study investigated the effect of perceived advantages anddisadvantages and perceived value of service robots on the intention to use service robots in the healthcare sector. For this purpose, data were collected from 394 patients with a questionnaire. After analyzingthe validity and reliability of the scales used, the effect of perceived advantage and disadvantage andperceived value on the intention to use service robots was analyzed with structural equation modeling. As a result of the analysis, it was found that perceived advantage and perceived value have a significantpositive effect on the intention to use service robots. Perceived disadvantage, on the other hand, wasfound to have no significant effect on intention to use. The study also made recommendations to the sectorand researchers. CR - Ahn, J., & Lee, H.
