The research group is comprised of 34 preschool teachers work at a preschool belongs to a private institution in Ankara. The teachers attended the research were given “The Classroom Management Skills Inventory for Preschool Teachers” as a pre-test and asked to assess themselves. At the same time, a neutral observer assessed the teachers in the classroom context by using the same inventory Right after the pre-test; the teacher was provided with a training prepared as 8 weeks long. After completing the training, the teachers assessed themselves again the same inventory. The neutral observer also assessed the teachers again using the same inventory after the training was completed.
