AB  - Amaç: Araştırma adölesanların doğum sonu annelik fonksiyonel durumlarını belirlemek amacı ile kesitsel ve tanımlayıcı olarak yapılmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Araştırmanın örneklemini bir hastanenin XXXX Hastanesi’nin Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Servisi’nde 01.02.2022-30.04.2022 tarihleri arasında yatan toplam 82 adölesan anne oluşturmuştur. Veriler Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Barkin Annelik Fonksiyonu Envanteri (BAFE) kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Bulgular: Adölesan annelerin yaş ortalaması 17.39±0.85 olup %61,0’inin 18 yaşında olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca %63,4’ünün ilköğretim mezunu, %47,5’inin ilk kez gebelik yaşadığı, %90,2’sinin normal doğum yaptığı saptanmıştır. Adölesan annelerin BAFE toplam puan ortalaması 56.33±21.89’dur. BAFE alt boyutları puan ortalamaları, Annelik Memnuniyeti 31.23±11.91; Anne İhtiyaçları 19.48±7.90 olarak belirlenmiştir. BAFE toplam ve alt boyut puan ortalamalarının değişkenler ile karşılaştırmasında BAFE toplam puanı ile yaş, eğitim, çalışma durumu, sigara kullanma, eşin eğitim durumu, eş ile akrabalık durumu, aile tipi, gelir düzeyi, yaşanılan yer, resmi nikah varlığı, eş ile ilişki düzeyi, eşin bebek bakımına destek olma durumu ve tekrar çocuk sahibi olma isteği değişkenleri arasında anlamlı farklılık olduğu belirlenmiştir (p

N2  - Aim: The research was conducted cross-sectionally and descriptively to determine the postpartum maternal functional status of adolescents.Method: The sample of the study consisted of a total of 82 adolescent mothers hospitalized in the Gynecology and Obstetrics Service of XXXX Hospital between 01.02.2022 and 30.04.2022. Data were collected using the Personal Information Form, Barkin Maternal Function Inventory (BAFE).Results: The average age of adolescent mothers was 17.39±0.85 and 61.0% of them were 18 years old. It was also determined that 63.4% were primary school graduates, 47.5% were pregnant for the first time, and 90.2% had a normal birth. The mean BAFE total score of adolescent mothers is 56.33±21.89. BAFE subscales mean scores, Maternity Satisfaction 31.23±11.91; Maternal Needs were determined as 19.48±7.90. When comparing the BAFE total and sub-dimension score averages with the variables, the BAFE total score and age, education, working status, smoking, spouse's educational status, kinship status with the spouse, family type, income level, place of residence, presence of a civil marriage, relationship level with the spouse.
