The presence of Campylobacter spp. was determined by the bacterial isolation method. C. abortus was identified by qPCR and immunohistochemistry (IHC) methods. In this study, it was aimed to indicate that multi-etiological abortions involving multiple factors should be taken into consideration in the fight against sheep abortions, that it would be appropriate to use a simultaneous multidisciplinary approach in diagnosis to identify abortion factors, and that it could contribute to a more effective fight against abortions.
