Movies with environmental/nature content can be used effectively to raise awareness of environmental protection and to popularize the understanding of sustainable nature. Extensive analyzes of the educational-instructional aspects of fictional and documentary films dealing with the relationship between environment/nature and human beings should be made and their application in learning environments should be evaluated. Thus, the qualifications of educational films as teaching methods and materials related to biology/environmental education; their potential to create attitude, motivation, academic success; their roles in informal education, out-of-school learning and environmental/biology education can be revealed. The aim of this study is to examine the views of teachers about the use of the film "The Fox and The Child" in education. 32 teachers participated in the study, which was in the basic qualitative research design. 28 of the teachers who gave their views by watching the movie are working at primary education level and 4 of them are working at secondary education level. The data obtained from the study were evaluated with descriptive and content analysis. In the study, the views obtained from the teachers were examined in terms of which classes, at which grade/school levels, in which subjects/contents which structures/features it can support the development of students and its contributions to education of this movie can be used. The results will be discussed in terms of the film's contributions to informal/formal education and environment/biology education.
