The significance of sustainable leadership practices extends beyond environmental contributions, profoundly impacting an organization’s survival, differentiation, and competitive advantage through tangible assets like corporate reputation. This study aims to explore the relationship between healthcare workers’ perceptions of sustainable leadership and their organizations’ corporate reputation. Conducted quantitatively through a survey method, the research engaged 256 healthcare professionals from various hospitals in Istanbul (public, private, and university-affiliated), who volunteered through convenience sampling. Findings reveal a significant and positive relationship between healthcare workers’ perceptions of sustainable leadership and their perceptions of corporate reputation. Additionally, significant differences were observed in the dimensions of sustainable leadership based on demographic characteristics. The study emphasizes that adopting sustainability practices contributes not only to environmental benefits but also significantly enhances corporate reputation.}, number={1}, publisher={Bandırma Onyedi Eylül Üniversitesi}
