AB  - Bağımlılık ciddi bir halk sağlığı sorunu olup sosyal hizmet disiplininin de çalışma alanı olan multi-disipliner bir konudur. Bu araştırma, Türkiye’de sosyal hizmet lisansüstü programlarında, alkol ve madde bağımlılığı hakkında bu bağımlılıkların tedavisinde en bilinen merkezlerin AMATEM’ler olması nedeniyle bu merkezlerde yürütülmüş tezlerdeki araştırma eğiliminin ve içeriklerinin değerlendirilmesini amaçlamaktadır. Araştırma yöntemi betimsel olup bu kapsamda içerik analizi metoduyla lisansüstü tezler incelenmiştir. Yüksek Öğretim Kurulu’nun tez veri tabanında, “AMATEM”, “Alkol/madde bağımlılığı”, “Alkol bağımlılığı” “Madde bağımlılığı” anahtar kelimeleri üzerinden Ocak 2012-Mart 2024 tarihleri arasında sosyal hizmet disiplinindeki yüksek lisans ve doktora tezlerinin taraması yapılmıştır. Tarama sonucunda 36’sı yüksek lisans tezi ve 6’sı doktora tezi olmak üzere toplamda 42 teze erişim sağlanmıştır. Tezlerde en fazla nitel araştırma desenlerinden fenomenolojik ve ilişkisel tarama deseninin kullanıldığı, veri toplama aracı olarak yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formunun sık kullanılmış olduğu; veri analiz yöntemlerinden de çoğunlukla betimsel analizin kullanıldığı tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmanın bulgularına göreyse araştırma yöntemlerinden çoğunlukla nitel çalışmaların tercih edildiği; yapılan çalışmalarda “sosyal hizmet”, “madde bağımlılığı”, “bağımlılık”, “madde kullanımı” kavramlarının; örneklem grubu olarak yetişkin madde kullanım bozukluğu olan bireylerin, örnekleme tekniği olarak ise rastgele örneklem tekniğinin daha çok tercih edildiği gözlenmiştir.

N2  - Addiction is a serious public health problem and a multi-disciplinary issue that is also the field of study of social work discipline. This research aims to evaluate the research tendency and content of theses conducted in the postgraduate programmes of social work in Türkiye about alcohol and substance addiction, since AMATEMs are the most well-known centres for the treatment of these addictions. The research method is a descriptive and in this context, postgraduate theses were analysed by content analysis method. In the thesis database of the Council of Higher Education, master's and doctoral theses in the discipline of social work in between the dates January 2012 and March 2024 were searched through the keywords ‘AMATEM’, ‘Alcohol/substance addiction’, ‘Alcohol addiction’, ‘Substance addiction’. As a result of the search, a total of 42 theses were reached, 36 of which were master's theses and 6 of which were doctoral theses. It was determined that phenomenological and relational survey designs, which are among the qualitative research designs, were mostly used in the studies, semi-structured interview form was frequently used as a data collection tool, and descriptive analysis was mostly preferred among data analysis methods. According to the research findings, it was analyzed that qualitative studies were mostly preferred among the research methods; the concepts of ‘social work’, ‘substance addiction’, ‘addiction’, ‘substance use’; adult addicts as the sample group and random sampling technique as the sampling technique were mostly used.
