In the research, the "Job Satisfaction" Scale was used to examine the job satisfaction of academicians, and the "A Job Stress Scale-20" was used to examine their job stress. The data obtained from the research revealed that female academicians’ job stress was higher, and their job satisfaction was lower than the men who were examined for the research and that academic staff aged 30 and under had higher job stress and lower job satisfaction than the older employees.}, number={25}, publisher={Sosyal Güvenlik Uzmanları Derneği}
