AB  - Bu araştırmanın amacı; sınıf öğretmenlerinin doküman yönetim sistemine yönelik görüşlerinin elde edilmesidir.Araştırmada nitel araştırma yönteminin desenlerinden birisi olan fenomenoloji deseni tercih edilmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu sınıf öğretmenleri oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma grubu belirlenirken ölçüt örneklem kullanılmıştır. Veriler araştırmacıların hazırlamış olduğu görüşme formu ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde ise analiz çeşitlemesi yapılarak hem betimsel hem içerik analizi tercih edilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonucunda; sınıf öğretmenlerinin doküman yönetim sisteminin etkililiğine dönük olumlu olarak kağıt israfını önlemesi, zaman tasarrufu sağlaması gibi görüşler belirtmişlerdir. Öğretmenler   olumsuz olarak doküman yönetim sistemine bakabilecek ve takip edebilecek olmanın zorluğu, günlü yazıların takibinin zorluğu gibi görüşler belirtilmiştir. Doküman yönetim sisteminin daha verimli olması için yazının iletilme sürecinde bildirim gelebilecek bir uygulamanın hayata geçirilmesi önerisi belirtilmiştir. Sisteme yönelik en ciddi sorun olarak görüler konu ise, programın ağır işlemesi olarak belirtilmiştir. Sınıf öğretmenlerinden doküman yönetim sisteminin entegrasyonu sürecinde bazı katılımcılar eğitim aldıklarını, bazı katılımcılarda okul içerisinde bir eğitim aldıklarını belirtmişlerdir. Burada hareketle yöneticilere verilen DYS hizmetiçi eğitimlerinin sınıf öğretmenlerine de verilmesi önerilebilir.

N2  - The aim of this research is to obtain the opinions of classroom teachers about the document management system.Phenomenology pattern, which is one of the patterns of qualitative research method, has been preferred in the research. The working group of the research is composed of classroom teachers. Criterion sampling was used when determining the study group. The data were collected with the interview form prepared by the researchers.In the analysis of the data, both descriptive and content analysis were preferred by making a variation of analysis. As a result of the research; classroom teachers have expressed positive opinions about the effectiveness of the document management system, such as preventing paper waste and saving time. Opinions such as the difficulty of teachers being able to look at and follow the document management system negatively, the difficulty of following diary entries were stated. In order for the document management system to be more efficient, a proposal has been made to implement an application that may receive notifications during the transmission of the manuscript. If the issue of opinions is the most serious problem for the system, it is stated as the heavy processing of the program. During the integration of the document management system from classroom teachers, some participants stated that they had received training, while some participants stated that they had received training inside the school. In this context, it may be suggested that the DYS in-service trainings given to managers should also be given to classroom teachers.
