The significance of digital communication tools surged during the COVID-19 pandemic, facilitating remote work and emphasizing their importance in maintaining collaboration and team spirit. Digital platforms enhance employee engagement and experience by offering personalized learning and development opportunities, improving job satisfaction and motivation.
