Participants aged 18-65 years were included in our prospective experimental study. Demographic information and participants about their PF-related pain complaints using personal information form. The study assessed the foot and ankle outcome score (FAOS) and international physical activity questionnaire short form (IPAQ-SF). Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 22,0 software. The study included 150 participants (124 females/ 26 males) with mean age of 49,75±11,76 years and body mass index (BMI) of 31,35±5,56 kg/m2. The symptom and daily living (ADL) of participants were found to be significant according to education variable (p=0,000; p=0,001, respectively), and pain and ADL were significant according to IPAQ-SF (p=0,000; p=0,047, respectively), among FOAS sub-parameters. In the correlation analyses between FOAS sub-parameters and demographic factors and IPAQ-SF, age was found to have negative correlation with pain (r=-0,252; p=0,002), ADL (r=-0,303; p=0,000), and sports-recreation (r=-0,19; p=0,020), as well as with BMI and ADL (r=-0). Positive correlations were found between shoe size and symptoms (r=0,23; p=0,005), ADL (r=0,18; p=0,027), number of steps per day and ADL (r=0,188; p=0,021), and IPAQ-SF and pain (r=0,32; p=0,000). No statistically significant correlations were found between other variables (p>0,05).As a result of this study, it was determined that PF-induced pain was higher with increasing age and activities of daily living were negatively affected, whereas pain and activities of daily living were better in individuals with adequate physical activity level.
