The metasurface is designed on Roger 5880 substrate by using CST microwave studio. The metasurface design features a split ring that incorporates a U-shape. This metasurface can convert an x/y-polarized linear incident wave into a y/x-polarized linear wavein K- and Ka- frequency bands. It has a 90% polarization conversion ratio (PCR) in the 12.15 GHz broadband (11.95-12.6, 23.5-35 GHz). This design also has angular stability up to 30 degrees.
