AB  - Amaç: Bu çalışma hemşirelik öğrencilerinin flört şiddeti konusundaki deneyim ve düşüncelerini kapsamlı bir şekilde analiz etmek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir.Yöntem: Fenomenolojik desendeki araştırma, Şubat-Aralık 2023 tarihleri arasında bir üniversitenin hemşirelik öğrencileriyle yürütülmüştür. Araştırmaya 18 öğrenci katılmıştır. Bulgular: İçerik analizi ile değerlendirilen çalışma sonucunda; öğrencilerin ifadeleri beş tema altında ele alınmıştır. Temalar; (1) Flört şiddetine yönelik algılar, (2) Flört şiddetinin nedenlerine yönelik düşünceler, (3) İlişkide rahatsız edici davranışlara yönelik düşünceler, (4) Flört şiddeti hakkındaki deneyim, düşünce ve duygular ve (5) Flört şiddeti yaşayan bireylerin partnerleri ile evliliğe yönelik düşünceleri olarak belirlenmiştir.Sonuç: Öğrenciler, flört şiddetini fiziksel, duygusal ve cinsel şiddet olarak algılamakta ve bunun aile, sosyal çevre veya bireysel nedenlere bağlı olduğunu düşünmektedir. Çoğu öğrenci, flört şiddeti yaşadığı partneriyle evlenmeyi düşünmemekte ve farkındalık düzeyleri yüksektir. Bu çalışma, flört şiddeti konusunda daha fazla eğitime ihtiyaç olduğunu vurgulamaktadır. Bu konuda hemşireler, bireylerin farkındalığının artmasında ve onları korumaya yönelik çalışmalar yapılmasında son derece önemli bir rol üstlenmektedir.

N2  - Objective: This study was conducted to comprehensively analyze nursing students' experiences and thoughts on dating violence.Method: The phenomenological study was conducted with nursing students at a university between February and December 2023. 18 students participated in the study.Results: As a result of the study evaluated with content analysis; students' statements were addressed under five themes. The themes were determined as; (1) Perceptions of dating violence, (2) Thoughts on the causes of dating violence, (3) Thoughts on disturbing behaviors in the relationship, (4) Experiences, thoughts and feelings about dating violence, and (5) Thoughts of individuals experiencing dating violence regarding marriage with their partners.Conclusion: Students perceive dating violence as physical, emotional and sexual violence and think that it is due to family, social environment or individual reasons. Most students do not consider marrying their partner with whom they experienced dating violence and their awareness levels are high. This study emphasizes the need for more education on dating violence. In this regard, nurses play an extremely important role in raising awareness of individuals and carrying out work to protect them.
