AB  - Bu çalışmanın amacı, çocuklarda karmaşık ve travmatik yasın tedavisine yönelik geliştirilen bilişsel davranışçı terapiye dayalı müdahalelerin etkililiğini değerlendirilmektir. Sistematik derleme türünde olan bu çalışmada PRISMA modeli kullanılmıştır. Belirlenen anahtar kelimelerle Web of Science, Scopus, PubMed ve TR Dizin veri tabanlarında arama yapılmıştır. Yapılan arama sonucunda toplam 79 çalışmaya ulaşılmış ve bu çalışmalardan 13 tanesinin dahil etme kriterlerini karşıladığı görülmüştür. Bu çalışmaya dahil edilen araştırmaların 8 tanesi (%61.5) yarı deneysel çalışma ve 5 tanesi (%38.4) vaka çalışmasıdır. Dahil edilen çalışmalarda; örneklem büyüklükleri 1 ile 640; örnekleme seçilen bireylerin yaşları ise 5 ile 16 arasında değişmektedir. Çalışmalar terapi süreci açısından incelendiğinde ise seans sayılarının 9 ile 25 ve seans sürelerinin 30 ile 90 arasında değiştiği görülmektedir. Sonuç olarak bu çalışmalarda elde edilen bulgulara dayanarak çocuklarda karmaşık ve travmatik yasın tedavisinde bilişsel davranışçı terapinin etkili sonuçlar ortaya çıkardığı ve etkisinin diğer tedavi yaklaşımlarına göre daha uzun süreli devam ettiği söylenebilir. Ancak incelenen çalışmalarda gözlemlenen iç geçerlik tehditleri ve sınırlılıklar göz önünde bulundurularak bu konuda yapılacak yeni çalışmalara ihtiyaç olduğu söylenebilir.

N2  - The object of this study is to evaluate effectiveness of interventions based on cognitive behavioral therapy developed for the treatment of complicated and traumatic grief in children. PRISMA model was used in this study which is a systematic review type. Web of Science, Scopus, PubMed and TR Dizin data bases were searched with the specified keywords. 79 studies were reached in conclusion of the search and it was found out that 13 of these studies met the criteria of inclusion. 8 (61.5%) of these studies included in this study are quasi-experimental and 5 (38.4%) of them are case studies. Sample size varies between 1 and 640, age of the individuals selected as sample varies between 5 and 60 in the studies included. It is seen that number of sessions varies between 9 and 25 and session duration varies between 30 and 90 minutes when the studies are reviewed in terms of therapy process. As a conclusion, it can be expressed that cognitive behavioral therapy in the treatment of complicated and traumatic grief in children reveals effective results and its effect lasts longer than the other treatment approaches on the basis of the findings acquired in these studies. However, it can be said that new studies need to be done in this subject considering the internal validity threats and limitation observed in the reviewed studies.
