AB  - گەڕانەوە بۆ ئەرشیفی عوسمانی، لە زۆر لایەنی جوداوە گرنگیی تایبەتی خۆی هەیە، لە لایەك ئاشنای بەشێك لە مێژوو دەبینەوە و لە لایەكی ترەوە لە ڕێی ئەو بەڵگەنامانەوە ڕەوشی ژیان و بارودۆخی كۆمەڵایەتی و ڕۆشنبیری و ئاستی بیركردنەوەی تاكەكان دەناسین. قەزای گولعەنبەر كە سەر بە شاری سلێمانی بووە و ئەویش سەر بە ویلایەتی موسڵ بووە، لە ڕووی هەڵكەوتەوە كەوتبووە سەر سنووری نێوان عوسمانییەكان و ئێرانییەكانەوە. خەڵكی ناوچەكە لە ڕووی عەشیرەتەوە عەشیرەتی جافن و لە تیرەی جۆراوجۆر پێك دێن. ئەم دۆكیۆمێنتارییە تیشك دەخاتە سەر ڕێژەی تاوان لەو قەزایەدا و هەروەها جۆری تاوانەكان و پێشێلكردنی یاسا لەلایەن هەندێ خەڵكی ئەو ناوچەیە. گرنگیی ئەم بەڵگەنامانە وێڕای باسكردنی ناوی كەسەكان و ناوی گوندەكان، لە هەمان كاتدا ئاستی هۆشیاری و پەیڕەوكردنی یاسا و دەسەڵاتدارییەتی دەوڵەتی عوسمانیش نیشان دەدات.

N2  - Returning to the Ottoman archives is of special importance in many ways. On the one hand, we get acquainted with a part of history, and on the other hand, through these documents, we know the living conditions, social and cultural conditions, and level of thinking of individuals. Gulanbar district, which belonged to the city of Sulaymaniyah and which belonged to the province of Mosul, was located on the border between the Ottomans and the Iranians. The people of the area are the Jaff tribe and consist of various sub-tribes. This document highlights the crime rate in the district, as well as the types of crimes and violations of the law by some people in the area. The importance of these documents, in addition to mentioning the names of people and villages, also shows the level of awareness, law enforcement, and authority of the Ottoman state
