The therapeutic potential of paracrine factors of exosomes released from human adipose mesenchymal stem cells is still under investigation. In our study, we isolated exosomes released from human adipose mesenchymal stem cells by two different methods. To evaluate the cytotoxic effect of the obtained exosomes, we performed MTT assay in SW-480 cell line at 24, 48 and 72 hours. In the results obtained, no statistically significant difference was observed at 24 and 72 hours, while statistically significant differences were determined between the concentration groups at 48 hours. Çalışmamızda, insan yağ mezenkimal kök hücrelerinden salınan ekzosomlar iki farklı yöntemle izole edildi. Elde edilen ekzosomların sitotoksik etkisini değerlendirmek için SW-480 hücre hattında 24, 48 ve 72. saatlerde MTT analizi yapıldı. Elde edilen sonuçlarda, 24 ve 72. saatlerde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark gözlenmezken, 48. saatte konsantrasyon grupları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklar belirlendi.
