AB  - ÖzetAmaç: Trevor hastalığı (displazi epifizialis hemimelica), nadir görülen ve epifizial kartilajda asimetrik osteokondral büyümelerle karakterize bir hastalıktır. Erkeklerde kadınlara göre daha sık görülür ve en yaygın olarak ayak bileği ve diz çevresinde kendini gösterir. Bu vaka sunumunda, sol talusta büyük bir kitle ile başvuran bir Trevor hastalığı vakasının cerrahi ve patolojik bulguları değerlendirilmektedir.Yöntem: 8 yaşında erkek hasta, sol ayak bileğinde 15 gündür ağrı, şişlik ve kızarıklık şikayetleri ile başvurdu. Radyolojik incelemeler sonucunda talusta yer alan ve osteokondrom olarak yorumlanan kitle tespit edildi. Trevor hastalığı ön tanısı ile cerrahi müdahale gerçekleştirildi.Bulgular: Postoperatif dönemde hastaya hareket kısıtlaması önerilmedi. 1 yıllık ve 5 yıllık takip sürecinde hastada nüks veya dejeneratif artrit gelişimi saptanmadı. Patoloji incelemesi sonucu Trevor hastalığı tanısı doğrulandı.Sonuç: Trevor hastalığı nadir görülmesine rağmen, öngörülen osteokondrom vakalarında ayırıcı tanı olarak düşünülmelidir. N2  - AbstractObjective: Trevor disease (dysplasia epiphysealis hemimelica) is a rare condition characterized by asymmetric osteochondral growths in the epiphyseal cartilage. It is more common in males and typically affects the ankle and knee areas. This case report evaluates the surgical and pathological findings of a Trevor disease case presenting with a large mass in the left talus.Methods: An 8-year-old male patient presented with 15 days of pain, swelling, and redness in the left ankle. Radiological evaluations revealed a mass in the talus, initially interpreted as osteochondroma. Surgical intervention was planned with a preliminary diagnosis of Trevor disease.Results: No movement restrictions were imposed postoperatively. At the 1-year follow-up, no recurrence or degenerative arthritis was observed. Pathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of Trevor disease.Conclusion: Although Trevor disease is rare, it should be considered as a differential diagnosis in presumed osteochondroma cases. Early diagnosis and appropriate treatment planning are crucial in managing this condition effectively.Keywords: Trevor disease, Dysplasia epiphysealis hemimelica, Epiphyseal cartilage, Osteochondroma, Ankle
