AB  - Abdominal ağrı acil servise başvurularda en sık görülen semptomlardan biridir. Apandisit abdominal ağrı ile başvuran hastalarda görülen en sık cerrahi gerektiren hastalıktır. Sol alt kadran ağrısı ile başvuran apandisit olgularında yanlış negatif tanı oranı yüksektir. Solda yerleşimli apandisit situs inversus ve intestinal malrotasyonla birlikte görülebilir. Çalışmada sol taraflı akut apandisit tanısı almış bir situs inversus totalis olgusu sunulacaktır.    Anahtar kelimeler: Apandisit, Situs inversus, Ultrasonografi

N2  - Abdominal pain is one of the most common complaints of patients presenting to the emergency department. Among the patients with abdominal pain, appendicitis is the most common surgical disorder. Appendicitis presenting with left lower quadrant pain may result in false-negative diagnosis. Left sided appendicitis occurs in association with situs inversus and intestinal malrotation. We describe a rare case of left sided appendicitis with situs inversus totalis.
