AB  - Lomber herni travma hastalarında sık izlenenmemekle birlikte, künt abdominal travmalara büyük flank hematom ve    pelvik fraktür eşlik ettiğinde akılda tutulması gereken bir patolojidir. Bu çalışmada, 29 yaşında yüksekten düşme    sonrası genel durumu kötü olan fizik incelemede saptanamayan travmatik lomber herninin BT bulguları    sunulmaktadır. Travma esnasında elde edilen BT tetkiki abdominal duvar kas yapılarının değerlendirilmesinde    duyarlı bir görüntüleme yöntemidir. N2  - Blunt abdominal trauma is a rare cause of lumbar herniation especially in cases with large flank hematoma and    pelvic fracture. We presented the CT findings of a 29 years old, instabile male patient with lumbar herniation. CT is    a sensitive method in detecting the abnormalities of abdominal wall muscles due to traumas.
