Physical activity was assessed using the Physical Activity Questionnaire for Children (PAQ-C), depression with the Children’s Depression Inventory (CDI), and anxiety with the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory for Children (STAI-C).Results: Significant differences were found between groups in physical activity, depression, and anxiety levels (p 0.05). No significant correlations were found in the control group. Conclusion: Physical activity appears to be negatively associated with anxiety in children with ADHD, suggesting that increased activity may help reduce anxiety levels. Additionally, higher depression levels were linked to higher anxiety. These findings highlight the potential of physical activity as a supportive approach in managing anxiety symptoms in children with ADHD.
